Give Yoga a Try – You’ll be in Good Company

What do Jennifer Aniston, Andy Murray and Ryan Giggs  have in common?

They are all yoga enthusiasts, practice yoga regularly and have spoken out about how yoga has helped them stay in shape.  If you want to get into shape for 2014 you too can give yoga a try!  New classes have started in Preston Village Hall – easily accessible from Oakham and Uppingham – on Tuesday.  The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and are led by British Wheel of Yoga Instructor Deborah King.  Each session will start with a special warm up designed to loosen the joints (this is especially good for rheumatism and arthritis) following on with posture work with the aim of keeping the body fit and healthy.  After the posture work we always have a guided relaxation – pure bliss to wind down and get rid of any stress to prevent those facial wrinkles from forming.
