Get Some Sun!

10 – 15 minutes of sun on our face (without sunscreen) three times a week is all we need for UV to transport this vitality into our bodies….

So when the sun is out (and let’s face it that’s not very often) grab your coat and run for it.  Put everything on hold for just 10 minutes and go outside to…

– kick leaves

– take some photographs

– take a dog for a walk

– dig a little bit of your garden or cut back a bush that needs it

– drag your partner for a stroll and hold hands

Absorbing the vital energy of pure sunlight will recharge and increase your store of vitamin D.
