Putting things into perspective…

Sometimes looking at situations from a different angle can help you put things into perspective…

Imagine your inner child – what would they think of your situation?  What could they see that you don’t?  What fun would they illicit from the way things have turned out?  How can you be more playful in your day to day life?

Sit for a few minutes.

Shut off the outer world.

Delve deep into the core of you.

Find your inner child.

See the chocolate covered face, scruffy hair and huge smile.

Eyes all lit up – delighted to see you.

Take these gleeful, fun loving elements up to the surface of you.

And let them shine.

Awaken now and come back to the present time.
