On Saturday 20th April I’ll be running a 2 hour workshop teaching yoga postures and exercises that are beneficial for the face. The routine will include a full body warm up, postures to bring more blood to the face and a special routine that we’ll run through a couple of times for the muscles of the eyes, neck and face. There will be a short talk about how stress effects the skin and simple things you can do to prevent this. We’ll finish with some calming breath exercises and a guided relaxation in savasana. The cost will be £10 and you can bring along a friend for FREE!
