Feeling A Bit Stressy???

I’ll be running a workshop on Saturday October 5th – “Yoga for Stress Management”.

This will take the form of a 2 hour session with yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques plus a short talk on how and why we are effected by stress.  Yoga is great to use as a tool to combat the stresses of modern life.  We will practice some of the exercises a couple of times so that participants learn them for themselves – and everyone will leave with a handy printed guide to help remember the exercises.

There will be a session 10 – 12 in the morning at Ryhall Village Hall and another one 2.30 – 4.30 in the afternoon at Preston Village Hall.

The cost will be £10.  Suitable for (almost) all – no need for any yoga experience – just bring a mat and blanket if you have them.  Do you know someone who may benefit???  Please contact me asap to book a place as space is limited and these workshops are very popular.
