let's do the twist!

In our 90 minute classes, the focus for this half term will be on twisting postures.  Twist are really great for spinal health, stimulating the nerves and enhancing the flow of energy in the body.  Also they are great for our digestive system and thinning the waist.  We will looking at the variety of twisting postures we can work with – both for strengthening our muscles and for restoring our vigour.  Why not come along and give it a try???  Book your place here
