Looking forward…


We will investigate the forward bending postures in the 60 minute classes – looking at best practice (how not to hurt ourselves) and the effects of the postures on both the body and the mind.  Generally considered calming and grounding, we will investigate the heating, strength building and ‘face lift’ sides of these postures too!  Why not come along and join us???  Book your place by email here
