I run FREE 5 week Yoga Introductory courses at New College Stamford.  These lessons are designed for absolute beginners.  Using a variety of teaching techniques I explain the origins of yoga, how it can benefit you and the main principles behind the exercises.  We also learn how to do some of the basic postures, where I check that each person has good alignment.  Come along and have a go at some yoga in a fun way with a group of interested and like minded people.  Why not give it a try?
