These are 1-hour classes for people who are new to yoga and would like to learn from the very beginning. This is a great opportunity to join a group of like-minded people and enjoy keeping fit and healthy together. The classes are suitable for men and women over 18 who would like to take their health into their own hands. Yoga is a great way to keep physically fit and to de-stress and get a good nights sleep.
There are 2 options to choose from – an evening class and daytime class. The evening class will be held at Exton Village Hall on Mondays 7 – 8 and the daytime class will be held at Empingham Village Hall on Tuesdays 10.30 – 11.30. The classes will be booked in blocks of 6 at £40.
