Yoga for Vitality – Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.00 – Preston Village Hall
Following a thorough warm up we will explore a variety of postures to increase strength, flexibility and stamina in the physical body. The pace and explanation will assume some yoga experience, reasonable level of mobility and fitness. If you have any limitations, injuries or pain in the body then the Gentle Yoga class is advised.
Our practice session continues with breathing exercises to develop a greater awareness of the subtle energies in the body. Finally we complete the class with a variety of meditation and relaxation exercises.
Home practice is encouraged as ‘little and often’ is the key to keeping the body and mind healthy.
