Yoga for Vitality – Tuesdays 6.30-8.00 – Preston Village Hall – 9/9/19 – 18/10/19
This class is aimed at students with experience of do-yoga classes. We will explore postures more deeply with longer holds and physical challenges. Our breathing practices will develop a sense of the subtle body. The pace will assume prior knowledge of yoga techniques and a reasonable level of fitness and flexibility. We will use chanting, and various means of relaxation/meditation.
