Gentle Yoga – Mondays 6.30 – 8.00 – Tinwell Village Hall – 9/9/19 – 18/10/19
This class is suitable for beginners, those with some experience and people with restrictions, such as joint issues or back ache.
Following a warm-up we will work with yoga postures to improve strength and flexibility. The pace will allow for modifications, explanations and the use of props. Practices will be demonstrated and postural alignment will be checked on an individual bases to ensure safe practice. We will develop breath control and use a variety of guided relaxation methods.
