These exercises give you an idea of the work we do in class – it’s a good idea to relax regularly as the body as the body gets more used to being relaxed and knowing when it is tense. You can listen to these audios when lying on the floor (cover yourself with a blanket) or sitting in a chair or in a meditation position. Do not listen when doing any other activity – driving or handling machines – the aim is to give 100% of your attention to the relaxation and in this way you train your mind to become more focused.
