Following a thorough warm up we’ll work with lunges to stretch, strengthen and understand the psoas muscle and it’s relationship to the fight-or-flight response.
This workshop follows on nicely from SEEKING THE GODDESS WITHIN but works as a stand alone practice too.
We’ll delve into the ancient story of Hanuman to strengthen our resolve, courage as well as our thighs 😉
Home practice will be suggested for everyone to develop their own expression of low lunges.
