Our ‘club’ will have an online venue (Facebook page) and each week I’ll offer a range of exercises, challenges, and motivational posts to help you back to fit into those summer clothes…
Each week there will be 3 posts onto our page –
- A dynamic 30 minute yoga posture ‘workout’ video to do every day
- A challenge to get your mind focused and alter behaviour
- A variety of yoga exercises to do instead of eating
As with all my groups I’ll include a wealth of positive support to keep you on track to achieve your health goals. This is not about becoming stick-think or attaining some physical aesthetic – being the right weight for our body means there is less stress placed upon our heart and joints. You can read more about the right weight for your body and check out your ‘BMI’ on the NHS website. Being the right weight for your body leads to a wealth of health benefits and is one of the foundations of a yogic lifestyle.
