This new yoga class will be for students without injuries or restrictions and no experience of yoga is necessary. We will focus purely on postures that strengthen and tone the legs, tums, bums, and arms. There will be a short breathing practice at the beginning followed by standing postures, Sun Salutes, and mat work. The last 5 minutes will be for a simple relaxation. At just 45 minutes, this is a great session to do as well as your weekly 90-minute yoga class or the beginner’s class.
There will be an evening session at Exton Village Hall on Mondays 6 – 6.45 and a daytime session at Empingham Village Hall on Tuesdays 9.30 – 10.15. The classes will be booked in blocks of 6 at £40.
