Would you like to learn yoga – at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home?
‘Yoga for Beginners Online’ offers weekly classes via a private Facebook page. We have a new 60 minute class each week that you can watch at any time (and as many times as you want to) before the next live class. The page includes lots of inspiration and short videos about yoga to motivate you. This means you can fit yoga into your life when it suits you and re-watch any parts you want see again. You can join our membership for just £5 per week.

In these beginner classes we’ll cover –
- The importance of posture and alignment
- How to reduce painful joints e.g. backache and arthritis
- Why effective breathing is so important for your health
- Step by step approaches to relaxation
Who should join? Anyone who is looking for a way to keep themselves fit and healthy! If you are already suffering from health issues, it’s important to let the teacher know in advance so that modifications can be advised before you start. This class is not suitable during pregnancy.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS ONLINE – APRIL 21
Membership to our private Facebook page. 6 weekly classes presented live on Facebook Mondays 2 – 3pm. Available all week so you can do your yoga at a time to suit you.
You simply need a clear floor space of about 9ft x 6ft (3m x 2m), carpeted is ideal. If you have a hard floor then find a bath towel or blanket to lay underneath you for some elements. You will need to have Wi-Fi to connect to Facebook plus a device – laptop or tablet – somewhere that you can see. You can see this post about setting up your home yoga space.
About your teacher –
Deborah King is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2011. Her yoga journey began in 2002 when she was looking for balance in her life. The beauty of yoga is that it treats the whole being. This means that you are looking after your whole body, mind, and emotions with this style of yoga.
