Find a yoga class that fits your week. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have years of experience, you’ll find a warm welcome in my friendly, supportive classes. Weekly Yoga Classes in Rutland & Stamford combine movement, breathing practices and deep relaxation to help you move more easily, feel calmer and improve your overall wellbeing.
Gentle Yoga
A slower-paced class, ideal for beginners and anyone who prefers a gentler practice.
Yoga for Vitality
A more dynamic class for students with some yoga experience or a good level of fitness.
Head, Neck & Face Yoga
A 30-minute online class to help ease tension, improve posture and support the health of your face, neck and shoulders.
Joining a class
Classes are booked by term rather than on a drop-in basis. Practising with the same group each week helps you build confidence, develop your practice progressively and become part of a friendly, supportive community.
The 90-minute classes cost just £11.50 per week when booked by term. Online Head, Neck & Face Yoga classes are £6 per week, also booked by term.
If you miss a class, you can usually attend another class during the term or catch up using the weekly class recording.
New students can begin with a Discovery Session (£15). If you decide to continue, the £15 is deducted from the cost of the remaining weeks of the current term.
Online Classes Included
All members of the 90-minute classes receive the weekly class recording at no extra cost. Whether you’re on holiday, miss a class or simply want to enjoy the practice again at home, your yoga is always there when it suits you.

New to yoga?
My Introduction to Yoga course is the perfect place to start. This eight-week course is designed especially for beginners who would like to build confidence before joining a regular class.
Looking for a deeper experience?
Alongside my weekly classes, I run seasonal Workshops exploring topics such as breathing, relaxation, healthy ageing, meditation and face yoga. They offer an opportunity to explore different aspects of yoga in greater depth.
If you’re unsure which class would suit you best, I’d be delighted to help. Please get in touch.
Yoga isn’t about becoming more flexible—it’s about helping you move well, breathe deeply and enjoy an active, healthy life for years to come.
