This week try a moving meditation – stand where you have space to move your arms sideways and overhead. As you breathe in, raise the arms sideways and over your head. As you breathe out press the palms together and bring your hands downwards to the heart. Synchronise the affirmation with the movement and breath, taking 3 to 5 rounds.
