These live Zoom classes offer carefully planned, accessible teaching, with the same attention to detail as my in-person classes — just in a shorter, more focused format.

They’re ideal if you:

  • Prefer gentle, thoughtful yoga
  • Would like a live teacher rather than a screen

Head, neck & face yoga (30 minutes)

Wednesdays · 9.00–9.30am · Zoom

A gentle, focused class to release tension from the head, neck and face. These are areas where we often hold stress without realising.

  • Ease headaches and jaw tension
  • Soften facial muscles and support healthy skin
  • Relieve neck and shoulder tightness
  • Improve awareness of breath and posture

It’s ideal if you:

  • Spend time at a screen
  • Hold stress in your jaw, eyes or neck
  • Want a calm, nurturing start to the day

Midweek Meditation (30 minutes)

Wednesdays · 12.45–1.15pm · Zoom

A midweek pause to reset your nervous system through simple breathwork and guided meditation.

The Midweek Meditation class offers:
  • Practical breathing techniques
  • Guided relaxation and meditation
  • Support for stress, anxiety and mental fatigue
  • A chance to slow down without having to “do” anything

Perfect if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or overstimulated
  • Struggle to switch off
  • Want a calm, grounded break in the middle of the day
