This is believed to be a very powerful mudra – reducing anxiety and soothing the heart.
Begin by folding the forefingers down towards the base of the thumbs and then connect the middle and ring-finger tips to the thumb tips. This is done with both hands. Place the hands comfortably on the thighs and, sitting in an upright meditation position, close the eyes and become still.
To achieve best results, practice twice per day for 5 to 10 minutes.

- reduces sense of anxiety and overwhelm
