Find a spot outside in nature, sit on the grass, lean on a tree, take off your socks – anything so that you feel in touch with the Earth. Listen to the sounds around you – insects going about their business, trees rustling in the breeze- these things happen with or without you. It’s time to be part of nature… Repeat this weeks affirmation to yourself 3 times each day.
