Like this bright candle flame, I am a radiant being.
Others feel safe and warm in my presence.
This week, find a candle and place it safely somewhere that you can see from your meditation seat/posture. Relax and settle, looking into the flame if you wish. Repeat this weeks affirmation 3 times and then close the eyes and rest your awareness in your heart space. Jyoti is the Sanskrit term for the light inside us – meaning divine light or radiance. Focus your awareness on seeing this light grow brightly and shine into your whole body. Continue with each inhalation to see this light begin to radiate in a soft glow from each pore in your skin.
