Settle yourself into a comfortable seated position. Have the hands on your thighs or your lap in “Agni Mudra” as per the picture below. This is the fire centre mudra and will help to improve all things in your fire centre – digestion, motivation and general zest for life. Repeat the affirmation 3 times and remain for 5 to 10 minutes with the focus in the navel centre.
