As the winter season approaches, it’s time to focus on your well-being. Give your body and mind the care they deserve. We invite you to our Winter Wellness Day. It is a rejuvenating event, designed to set you up for a strong, healthy, and balanced winter.

Time: 9.30- 2.30

Location: South Luffenham Village Hall

This fantastic experience will focus on two key elements: sweat and stillness. Through energizing Zumba and grounding Yoga, we will boost our immune system. A nourishing shared lunch will warm your spirit. We will build a sense of community as we head into the colder months.

What’s Included:

1. Energizing Zumba: Get Ready to Sweat!

Start your day with an upbeat Zumba session, designed to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Zumba is not only a fun way to break a sweat. It also helps improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, and release endorphins. It leaves you feeling invigorated and joyful.

2. Grounding Yoga: Find Your Stillness

After moving your body, we’ll shift into the calming practice of Yoga. Through deep stretches, mindful breathing, and gentle postures, this yoga session will help you find inner stillness and restore balance. Yoga’s ability to calm the nervous system and reduce stress is essential. This practice strengthens your immune system. It helps you stay resilient through the winter months.

3. Nourishing Shared Lunch: Fuel Your Body

Together, we will share a delicious, cold lunch that nourishes the body and fosters connection. We recommend bringing your seasonal favourite – simple and transportable always works best.

Our Winter Wellness Day is about more than just physical health. It’s about connecting with like-minded individuals. It’s also about creating a supportive community. We’ll take time to think.
