I’m thrilled to share something I’ve been working on for a while: our brand new Member Portal for Home Practice! This is your one-stop space to support your yoga journey from home, with everything you need all in one place.
Whether you’re looking for a quick refresher, a full class, or guided relaxation, the portal is designed to be user-friendly. It is intuitive. You’ll have a seamless way to keep your practice going. This includes live class recordings and curated yoga therapy courses. This is especially useful when you can’t make it to your usual session.
Here’s what you can expect inside the portal:
- All Your Resources in One Place – You don’t need to hunt through emails or different links anymore. Everything is neatly organized for you.
- Yoga Basics – Short videos to help you get to grips with the basics of alignment, and posture. Simple ‘how to’ guides

- Weekly Class Recordings – Catch up on classes you’ve missed (class members only).
- Guided Yoga Therapy Courses – (Coming Soon) Explore targeted sequences for stress relief. Find back, neck, and shoulder release sequences. Try gentle beginners’ practices.
