Life moves fast. Deadlines, notifications, and endless to-do lists can leave us feeling scattered, stressed, and disconnected. What if you could pause, breathe, and reconnect—without leaving your home?
This term, our online meditation classes will focus on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. We will draw inspiration from his books Peace Is in Every Step and The Blooming of a Lotus. Together, we’ll explore practices that bring calm, clarity, and joy into our everyday lives.
What We’ll Explore
- Mindful Breathing & Meditation – Learn to anchor yourself in the present moment.
- Smiling as a Practice – Discover how a simple smile can transform your breath, mood, and energy.
- Living Each Day Fully – Inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh:
“Twenty-four brand-new hours. Every morning, when we wake up, we have twenty-four brand-new hours to live. What a precious gift! We have the capacity to live in a way that these twenty-four hours will bring peace, joy and happiness to ourselves and others. Peace is present right here and now, in ourselves and in everything we do and see…”
