I’m excited to invite you to join our next Head, Neck, and Face Yoga course. It is running from 13th April to 22nd May (6 weeks). This course is designed to help you release tension. It strengthens facial muscles and brings a natural lift to your face. All of this happens while promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.
This term, we’ll focus on the jaw area, working to:
- Release tension that can cause teeth grinding and a clenched jaw
- Tone and lift the jowls with gentle, targeted exercises
- Improve circulation and relaxation across the face, head, and neck
Face yoga is more than just exercises – it’s a mindful practice. By tuning into your facial muscles and movement, you can reduce stress. You can also improve posture. You might even feel more confident in your natural expression. Each session combines gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques to leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

- Ever Wednesday on Zoom either mornings 9 – 9.30 or evenings 6.30 – 7.00
