Awaken Your Inner Strength: A 6-Week Yoga Journey Inspired by the Tiger

This term, I invite you to step onto the mat and explore a different kind of strength—one that is calm, responsive, and deeply connected to your breath and body. Insprired by the Tiger pose

Across the weeks, we will build towards a flowing, expressive posture often known as Tiger Pose, using it as a thread to explore spinal mobility, core stability, and coordinated movement. Each class will include carefully chosen practices to support this journey, including:

  • Gentle spinal warm-ups to improve mobility and release tension
  • Strength-building movements to support the back, core, and hips
  • Breathwork techniques to calm the mind and focus attention
  • Guided relaxation, including a beautiful, grounding visualisation of the “tiger within”

These classes are not about pushing harder or achieving a perfect pose. Instead, it’s about learning to move with awareness, building strength in a sustainable way, and reconnecting with a sense of inner steadiness.

You may notice improvements in:

  • Flexibility and ease of movement, especially through the spine
  • Core strength and overall stability
  • Balance and coordination
  • Reduced stress and a greater sense of calm
  • Increased confidence in your body and your practice

Each session will offer space to slow down, tune in, and move with intention—leaving you feeling both energised and grounded.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for some time, you are warmly welcome. Come and join us as we explore strength with softness, movement with breath, and the quiet power that already lives within you.

I would love to share this journey with you.

Term begins on Monday 13th April – book now to secure your place.
