Summer Stretch Workshop – A Summer Reset for Body, Breath & Mind
Summer should leave us feeling refreshed and energised, but for many of us it can bring tiredness, stiffness, hay fever, poor sleep and the feeling that we’ve been rushing from one thing to the next.
If you’re longing for a little time to pause and recharge, I’d love you to join me for this gentle two-hour Summer Stretch Workshop.
Together we’ll enjoy:
- Gentle yoga to ease tension and improve flexibility
- Breath awareness to help you feel calm and clear
- A deeply relaxing 20-minute Yoga Nidra
- Face Yoga to release tension in the jaw, face and forehead and support easier breathing
- Time to simply slow down and reconnect with yourself
Everyone will also receive a lavender goody bag to take home, including lavender-infused oil and a dried lavender pouch, so you can continue the feeling of relaxation long after the workshop has finished.
