Marjariasana

Here’s a short video to help you practice Marjariasana safely and get the breathing right.

It makes a great daily stretch either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. It will help you to strengthen the hands, wrists and arms plus loosen the spine. The breath will also become easier and deeper with regular practice.
