Utkatasana – The Chair Pose

If you are feeling a little chilly – take a few rounds of the Chair pose to warm up – it’s great for strengthening your legs, and improves your feet, hip, knee and shoulder joints too.

If you enjoyed this yoga posture why not try Garudasana or the Tree pose (Vrksasana)?
