Strengthening the Legs

Garuda or Eagle pose is great for strengthening the legs and stretching the arms

YogaFit is a new exercise class using yoga postures to tone up legs, tums, bums and arms. It’s a shorter session than our usual ones (only 45 minutes) so that we can fit it in to days when there seems to be no time for yoga.

Keeping fit and mobile is essential to us all. Besides keeping the weight down which in turn reduces the work that our joints and heart have to do, moving our bodies releases endorphins that lighten our mood and make us happy.

The YogaFit sessions are at 9.30 in Empinham Audit Hall on Tuesdays and 6.00 in Exton Village Hall on Monday evenings. Ideal if you are on your way home from work or after dropping kids off at school. Please book your place online by clicking on the class or by email directly with me. T

These classes will begin w/c 12th September and cost £40 for the 6 week term. Class sizes are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
