In our 90-minute in-person classes we’ll be exploring the grace and strength of Natarajasana – the Dancer’s Pose. We’ll be building balance, focus and a sense of lightness as we move. This will include working with some stretchy bands to give the shoulders a great workout. Always good fun!

Our online Head, Neck & Face Yoga short sessions will softly release tension around the neck and throat. This helps to ease tight shoulders, support the breath and create space where we often hold stress.

In our online meditation classes we’ll be working with Vishuddhi Chakra. This is the energy centre at the throat. It works on our communication, healing and self-expression. We’ll use breath awareness, ujjayi pranayama and guided meditations to cultivate clarity and calm.

For the online classes you can practise from anywhere, as long as you have a stable WiFi connection.

Whether you’re returning or thinking of coming along for the first time, you’ll be very welcome.

Please see the timetable above for venues and times. Feel free to get in touch with me to book or ask any questions.

I’m looking forward to practising together.
