Two Days to Go!

✨ Just two days to go until we begin our new yoga journey: The Myths and Legends of the Asanas! ✨

I’m so excited to bring this series to life, because it’s about so much more than moving through postures. Each week, we’ll explore a story from yoga’s rich tradition. These are stories of warriors, sages, and cosmic beings. They hold lessons for how we live today. Just two days to go!

Think of it like this: when you step into Warrior I, II, or III, you’re not just exercising your legs. You’re embodying the courage of Virabhadra, the mythical warrior born from Shiva’s hair. When you hold Dancer’s Pose, you’re stepping into the rhythm of Shiva’s cosmic dance. It is the dance of creation and transformation. When you try Hanumanasana, you’re leaping like Hanuman himself, full of devotion and strength of heart.

These stories remind us that yoga is more than stretching. It’s a living tradition of wisdom. It’s a way to connect body, breath, mind, and spirit. By weaving myth, movement, and mindfulness together, we can cultivate strength and balance. We can also develop qualities like resilience, compassion, and inner peace.

In each class, we’ll combine:
🌿 Asana (physical postures)
🌿 Pranayama (breathing practices)
🌿 Mudra (hand gestures)
🌿 Mantra (sound and vibration)
🌿 Guided relaxation

It will be a complete practice to strengthen, calm, and inspire you.
